Plus Portal Information

PlusPortal is Queen's College's secure online platform that provides parents and students with convenient access to important academic information and school updates. Through their PlusPortal account, parents can monitor their child's academic progress by viewing grades, attendance records, homework assignments, class schedules, and school announcements. Parents can also securely access and download their child's report cards directly from the portal.



PlusPortal serves as an important communication tool between home and school, helping families stay informed and engaged throughout the school year. The platform is accessible through any web browser or the PlusPortal mobile app, making it easy to stay connected anytime, anywhere.


Helpful Tips

View Overall Classroom Progress


1. On the home page, under progress you can see the overall average by subject and teacher for each class your student belongs to (see example below).

 

View Individual Class Detail Progress


1. On the home page, under progress click on a subject.

 

2. In the Class page, click on Performance.

3. In the Performance page you can view the breakdown of your child's grades in that subject by viewing classroom, quizzes, homework, etc.

View and Send E-mails


1. On the home page, click on E-mail & Messages on the top green bar.

 

2. Here you will find all the school announcements and messages that get sent to Parents and Students.

PlusPortal Password Reset


If you can't remember your password, follow the following steps: 

 

1. Go to the PlusPortal login page

 

2. Click on the 'Can't access your account?'

 3. Enter your complete email address which was previously used to get into PlusPortal (if your email has changed since last login then you will need to contact the section offices) 


 4. Once the email has been entered, click 'Reset Password'

 5. Check your email for the reset link, be sure to check junk and spam

Turning on Notifications


  1. Once you login to PlusPortal, next to your name on right hand corner there is a drop down arrow 
  2. Click on E-mail Notifications
  3. In the E-mail Notifications select the following as shown below and click on 'Save E-mail Notification Settings'

How to view report cards


  1. Once you login to PlusPortal, click on E-Locker on the top green menu bar


2. Once in E-Locker, click on E-Portfolio

3. In E-Portfolio, in order to download any document in the Portfolio you will have to click on the down blue arrow icon next to each file (as shown below)
