How do I apply for the enrolment of my child at Queen's College?

Complete applications must be submitted to the Accounts Office along with the application fee. Application fees are $100. After completion of the entrance exam for a section of the school, acceptance letters can be collected from the Accounts Office on the given date. Replies to acceptance letters must be submitted to the Accounts Office along with a seat fee of $250 and capital development fee of $700. These fees must be paid first in order for acceptance to be complete. Late applicants that have been accepted must pay the seat fee, capital development fee, and tuition and fees prior to attending the school.

Does the school offer discounts on tuition and fees?

10% Annual – If fees are paid for the entire school year by June 30th, a 10% discount will be applied to the account of the student(s). Persons must contact Mr. Renatus Thompson at rthompson@qchenceforth.com , at 825-4654, or at 677-7600.

5% Family – Family accounts that have three siblings in one household are eligible to receive a 5% discount on term tuition and fees.
How can I receive financial assistance?

Parents that are seeking a payment plan to pay tuition and fees for the new school year must complete and submit the application form by May 1st and pay 50% of the first term fees by June 30th. The application will not be approved until payment is received. Monthly payments will begin July 1st and end April 1st. Accounts that meet the criteria for financial hardship i.e. unemployment, reduced income, or other approved criteria will qualify for a payment plan or extension for payment of tuition. Only approved applications will be considered as official payment arrangements with the school. All approved payment arrangements must be honored in order to remain in effect.
