NEW APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Application Fee: $75
Applications sent in after January for the ensuing year should be accompanied by an additional $25 late Application Fee.
Late Application Fee Total: $100.00
This is a charge payable by all applicants and is neither refundable nor deductible from fees should the child be accepted. This fee covers the cost of processing and does not guarantee a space. The deadlines for submission of applications are as follows:
- High School: Monday, January 23rd, 2023
- Primary Years: Wednesday, February 1st, 2023
- Foundation Years: Monday, January 30th, 2023

Foundation Years (2 1/2 year olds - Grade 2) - Mrs. Joiclyn Taylor
Primary Years (Grades 3 - 6) - Mrs. Sylvia Beneby
High School (Grades 7 - 12) - Mrs. Shawn Turnquest
Parent/Guardian meet with an Administrator from the relevant school section for an informal interview and explanation of the application process. Please note: Admissions applications are only distributed to the parents or legal guardians of students and must be validated with the signature of a school administrator.
Return the completed Application Form along with the Application and Testing Fee to the school's Account's Office (it will be forwarded to the relevant school section).
Provide the following information to Queen's College:
- Completed Student Medical Form
- Copies of the student's Birth Certificate or Passport
- Copies of most recent school report card and examination certificates
- Current photo of Applicant
- Copy of Driver's License of Passport for both Father and Mother
Applicants will take the Queen's College Entrance Examination.
