Complete applications must be submitted to the Accounts Office along with the application fee. Application fees are $50 and Late Application fees are $75. After completion of the entrance exam for a section of the school, acceptance letters can be collected from the Accounts Office on the given date. Replies to acceptance letters must be submitted to the Accounts Office along with a seat fee of $250 and capital development fee of $750. These fees must be paid first in order for acceptance to be complete. Late applicants that have been accepted must pay the seat fee, capital development fee, and tuition and fees prior to attending the school.

Invoices for term tuition and fees are normally available 30 days prior to the due date for payment. Invoices will be given to students or emailed to the primary contact for a student account. The due dates are:

NOTE: Tuition payments must be made via the payments options stated below. Tuition payments should not be made at www.qcsupport.com and via direct deposit to the school's RBC account.
10% Annual – If fees are paid for the entire school year by August 31st, a 10% discount will be applied to the account of the student(s). Persons must contact Mr. Renatus Thompson at rthompson@qchenceforth.com , at 825-4654, or at 677-7600.
5% Family – Family accounts that have three siblings in one household are eligible to receive a 5% discount on term tuition and fees.
Parents that are seeking a payment plan or extension to pay tuition and fees must complete and submit the application form located here. You will be contacted by Mr. Thompson or Mrs. McKenzie from the Accounts Office within five (5) business days. Accounts that meet the criteria for financial hardship i.e. unemployment, reduced income, or other approved criteria will qualify for a payment plan or extension for payment of tuition. Only approved applications will be considered as official payment arrangements with the school. All approved payment arrangements must be honored in order to remain in effect.
