At
Queen’s College, students have 1 - 2 physical education
lessons per week. We believe that sports is vital to the
holistic development of students. All students are encouraged
to participate fully. During physical education, students
learn the fundamentals of the sports in which we compete as a
member of the Bahamas Association of Independent Secondary
Schools (BAISS) as well as hone those skills that they already
possess. Students compete in a variety of individual and team
sports that include softball, basketball, track and field,
soccer, volleyball, swimming and cross-country running.
Queen’s College has to its credit BAISS championships in
Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball and Swimming. |
